Started getting my nails done at herbal spring of this year and I’ve loved every set I’ve got. They ladies are nice and do a fantastic job! I usually bring a picture of what I want and they “nail” it each time. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because it can be quite a wait when they are busy and don’t take appointments.

They were very welcoming, the lady who I had did my nails and she also did such an amazing job one my feet! My pedicure was done extremely meticulously and with extreme care I got the French tips on my natural toenail. My nails came out the exact way I wanted them and she was also willing to listen to my wants regarding my nails, coffin shape but less pointy to give an offset square effect! 10/10 recommend, the only downside to being there, 1. There were a lot of gnats flying around, which I didn’t like. 2. The tools they used did not come out of a fresh package. Now I’m not saying the place was falling apart, maybe at the time I went which was closer to 2, maybe they didn’t do another sanitize yet so I get how those things can occur, overall every tool the lady used on my feet she sprayed them before use with the alcohol solution and even after each use on me, I think for my first time the service outweighed the environment and they were super busy at that as well, every chair was filled with a client and a worker.

These are all the sets I’ve gotten since October! I have been going to Herbal Nails since 2022 and haven’t had plans to go anywhere else. The black and white set pictured below was on for 4 weeks before I got the hot pink set. The quality is great for the price you pay. Each set hasn’t been over $65.

I've been visiting the salon for about two months now, and they're very friendly. Kim, in particular, is the best. Everyone is very friendly, and the prices are good.

We have had excellent service and a great experience at this salon. About 10 months ago, I took my 88-year-old Mother in for a pedicure. Mom is handicapped, but it was easy to get parked and get her in, even with the wheelchair. The people are friendly and helpful, and they do a very professional pedicure at a reasonable price. On my second visit, my 94-year-old father, my 70-year-old boyfriend and myself, all came in for pedicures and had a great experience. They welcomed my service dog, and made us all feel quite comfortable. It was another great experience. We have been back several times since then, and have always been VERY pleased with the service. It is always an enjoyable experience. I do wish that they took appointments… However, we have only had to wait twice, and both times it was just a a few minutes. We really like the people at this salon… they always make it a fun experience, and we will continue to choose this salon over others. Highly recommend! Photos of all of us.
