I had the most amazing experience and results getting a hair color and treatment by Dylan! Originally, I just wanted a darker and ashier hair dye, but he advised me to do a color lifting first to get the best results since my hair had some pretty strong warm/orange tones before. I'm so thankful for his expertise because we ended up with the exact color I wanted. His attention to detail is amazing so I highly recommend asking for Dylan as your hairdresser! I also appreciated that the salon has translators since most staff do speak Chinese. My Chinese is not the best but my translator helped me communicate exactly what I wanted! 10/10 service all around, I'm definitely coming back here next time :)

I had the absolute BEST experience here. Apple was my main stylist and she exceeded my expectations for what I envisioned for my hair. Everyone was so accommodating, polite and professional. I truly have never had such an amazing salon experience - I’ve already recommended multiple people to come here. They have a new lifelong client. Thank you so much for bringing my hair back to life. 1000/10 experience. 🩷. Had a great experience with Dylan. I’m someone who does not do much with my hair but I wanted a change and did not know where to begin. Dylan made suggestions with pics and gave me tips on how to take care of my hair. Also suggested if I wanted to continue to keep my curls, and want a more stand out look, he suggested I should color my hair brown to enhance the layers. Also want to give a big shout out to the receptionist. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she was super nice and helps with translating. She was able to answer my questions with a lot of patience.

It was a great experience. I went there for a haircut. They listen to you carefully and provide you with the exact outcome. My hairstylist Wilson did a great job. At each stage they would ask me if I liked it or not. I also told them not to use the scissors used for thinning and they listened. They work with patience and do their job diligently. Overall a great experience.
