I’ve absolutely loved my membership experience at Heyday. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff make you feel welcome — and what really stands out is how they remember things you’ve shared during past visits. It truly shows they care and are paying attention. I’ve seen a few different providers for my facials, but Rebecca has been my go-to for the past six months. She’s such a joy to be around and always takes the time to get to know both you and your skin. She adds thoughtful, personalized touches to every session that show she genuinely remembers what your skin needs. I also really appreciate that she never tries to upsell — she simply makes helpful suggestions and lets you guide your own experience. I always leave with glowing skin and a better mood. My skin has honestly never looked better. I highly recommend the monthly membership, especially with the great discounts on their amazing clean products — such a perk!

It was my first experience having a facial and even being in a spa! The women at the front desk were so kind and lovely, explaining everything before the session clearly! Riley, my esthetician was just absolutely wonderful! She was so kind! We had amazing conversation, she explained everything before even putting product on my face. My face feels so good too, most hydrated it's been in so long. When I left, I had thought I lost my earbud and the wonderful staff helped me try to find it, even going as far to let me write down my phone number so we could communicate! Genuinely a 100/10 experience, that I will be recommending to family and friends! Thank you for being so lovely!

The entire experience was fantastic—Nadia at the front desk was incredibly inviting and really took an interest in getting to know me as a person. The facial with Arion was amazing, and SO relaxing (just what I needed). She had great technical skills, and super informative with what she was doing every step of the way. My skin looks fantastic, and I left feeling like they valued me as a person, not just another client. Great experience and I will definitely be back!

What a great first time experience I had at Heyday! From the moment I scheduled my appointment with Miranda, to the moment I walked in the door with a warm & inviting greeting from Stacey & Miranda, to meeting Rebecca. I’d give these ladies 10 ⭐️ if I could. Rebecca was kind & very knowledgeable & fun to talk to., she knows the products well & gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back! The front desk team were very friendly and welcoming - and the space is clean and inviting. Rebecca took great care to make sure I was comfortable, including providing little hand warmers. I was amazed by how plump and fresh and (dare I say) youthful my 55 year old skin looked after my facial. I'm so glad Rebecca recommended the diamond microdermabrasion and nano infusion! A great experience all around.
