Amazing studio. Amazing Artist. Jinn was thorough and has impeccable attention to detail. His hand is a lighter than a feather. I actually dozed off quite a few times. There was also a lovely girl there as well I didn’t catch her name but she was so kind as well! My boyfriend is Japanese and was so impressed with Jinns portfolio with his Japanese work that we may just make a special trip back just for him to get tattooed all the from Texas. But most importantly Tan the dog is the cutest thing in the entire world!

Please please please go in to Higher Ground and get a tattoo with Alice. Insta @acetattoos_ She’s an absolute rock star!! Her prep work? Immaculate. Her designs? Amazing. Her line work? Fire. I filled out the forum on the website and Alice got back to me the next day. She scheduled for me to come in the same day to talk about my tattoo and did a little research based on our initial convo before I got to the shop. She spent the next day working on my tattoo, tweaking, and even the day of continuing to tweak and incorporate my ideas AND make sure it looked amazing. Alice also made sure to be clear about my budget and worked on the details with me to stay within my budget and what was reasonable. Set up was thorough, she’s happy to make small talk or not talk. Alice made sure to check in with my pain levels, was thorough with the aftercare, and all around made this an incredible experience for me, especially with a piece so important and special to me. I will definitely be a regular with Alice.

Incredible experience with Jin & Liz. Visiting from Australia for a few weeks to do the marathon & travel, I was after a couple of tattoos to commemorate my trip. So pleased with the finished ink & even better they were only one street over from my hotel! Found a friend in Jin’s little dog too who gave me some cuddles whilst I waited. Highly recommend 👏🏼👏🏼

Me and my GF just arrived to New York and our first stop was to visit Jin and get a tattoo we had wanted for a long time! Please excuse my poor photo, there are many better ones that Jin took. The tattoo is EXACTLY how we wanted it! He was super patient and we adjusted the placement until we got it just right. The tattoo process was painless, and we both really appreciated his concentration, effort and professionalism. I will 100% be back I couldn’t recommend anyone more for fine line Thank you very much
