I don’t normally do business reviews, but I decided to today after seeing the negative reviews/comments on yelp when I plugged in the address on Apple Maps at the bottom. They are both ridiculously wrong and unmerited. I have had my hair cut/styled by Anna for over 20 years. My mother has been seeing her longer than that. Two people I work with have used her ten plus years. Anna has been the only hair stylist to properly layer my hair. Others have left it choppy and didn’t blend well. I have never walked out of this establishment upset about the service I received. She has always styled my hair exactly like I asked her to do. Concerning the one star comments I noticed, I decided to read the two comments and clicked on the individual. This allowed me to see many reviews these “Karens” have left. I don’t believe either of them enjoy anything when they venture out of the house. Almost all of their reviews are one star ratings and it looked like Google even blocked one of them. One even left a one star rating for Winstar casino because they didn’t win any money! Unfortunately, although Anna is amazing, she is not a miracle worker. Before you bash a professional, do some research to understand why the highlights didn’t work on naturally dark/black hair. There is a science behind that. Finally, I would definitely recommend this place. She always makes time for you even if she is swamped. She works hard to make customers happy. Anna is considered family to us. I have included pictures of my hair today after being cut and receiving highlights.
