Sultana has always been a kinda and caring employee, while being helped by her she makes sure you are comfortable and she isn’t awkward in any way. I have gone to other places and always get my eyebrows messed up and even bleeding, something that never happens with sultana (she has a very light hand). The girls in my family have been going to her since 2020 and have followed her to every Hollywood beauty shop she moves to (sister, mom, cousins, and aunts), she is currently at this location Sundays and Mondays, last visit i had i over plucked my right brow and it was growing back unevenly and she was still able to fix my brows without leaving them too thin.

I can be very picky and a little obnoxious when it comes to my eyebrows. Evana treated me with patience, kindness and professionalism. She didn't take it badly or seem offended when I pointed things out. And this is how my brows came out. Overall I would say it was a good experience.
