My daughter has wanted her hair straightening for a couple of years now but I've been putting it off as she is still quite young. Sent a WhatsApp message this morning to ask for advice about what would be the best option for her and got a phone call back a short while after. We discussed options and got an appointment this afternoon. My daughter's hair is very thick and curly and is quite a challenge to manage which is why she wants it to be straight so she can do more with it. In the space of 4 hours she has gone from hating her hair to loving her hair for the first time ever. Thank you for your patience and for being so lovely with her. Will definitely be back.
