I’ve been coming to Hops Hair for all my balayage appointments for the past three and half years, and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always work with Anel, the owner, who is incredibly talented and thoughtful in his approach. We have a detailed conversation before every appointment about what I’m hoping for, and he gives honest, expert advice on what will actually work best for my hair. I appreciate this so much more than hairdressers who just go ahead without considering the condition or texture of your hair. I have quite fine hair, and Anel always manages to create a balayage that feels natural, beautifully blended, fresh, and flattering. His commitment to using high-quality, more natural products, like Davines, which he stocks and uses in the studio, also makes a big difference to how my hair looks and feels. Anel is also warm and engaging, and I leave the salon happy with my hair every single time. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for exceptional colour and genuinely personalised haircare.

This is my second visit, and I happily travel all the way from Central London because their service and ethics are unmatched. It’s no surprise they recently won a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AWARD BY FRESHA—they absolutely deserve it! From the simple online booking to the warm welcome, the experience is flawless. The salon is stunning: fresh, with high ceilings, a big glass entrance, and a great atmosphere in this up-and-coming area. My stylist, Anil, is a true master. He immediately understood exactly what I wanted for my cut, dye, and highlights, executing everything with professionalism and precision. The main reason I travel here is Anil’s dedication to using natural products and his pride in that commitment. HOPS supports this ethos by stocking premium, conscious brands. They use and sell Davines sustainable beauty products, the Naturaltech wellbeing line, and Italian-made PHILIP MARTINS. Crucially, all products are organic with no harmful chemicals. For top-tier talent, a gorgeous salon that offers wellbeing, and an ethical, beautiful experience, I couldn't recommend HOPS HAIR and specifically Anil enough! They truly set the bar high.

The end result was even better than I had imagined – my hair has never looked or felt so good! The salon itself is spotless and beautifully designed, with a relaxing ambiance that made the entire visit feel like a treat. They use top-notch products that left my hair feeling soft and healthy, and the level of care and attention to detail was exceptional.
