When I moved to KC 6 months ago I was in need of a new medical spa to go to. I did research and came across Horizon and am so glad I did. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They are truly trying to help you achieve whatever goal it is you have (skincare, weight loss/management, hormones, etc) without pushing you for extras which I feel like some businesses do. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The Luxe headspa by Joyce was absolutely amazing, especially considering the buy one get one special. The spa has top notch amenities and the staff is beyond knowledgeable and professional. I was relaxed the minute I walked in and incredibly rejuvenated by the end of the treatment. I cannot say enough good things about this place or its staff. Love love love! 20 out of 10!!!

Exceptional service from Jacqueline (patient coordinator), Emma (outstanding injector), and Char (medical esthetician). I've had such great experiences that I've continued coming back and brought my kids in for facials. Highly recommend!
