I got a gel manicure, (and acrylics, updated 11/18) (and two fills, updated 3/1/25) and I am very happy with the results. I came in with a reference photo and they were willing to work with me and ask me many questions to be sure I got what I wanted. They are very customer focused. The vibe of the shop itself is pleasant, clean, and- quite honestly- luxurious. The price is reasonable. They are efficient without trying to push clients out. My manicure took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I will absolutely be returning. My acrylics were done fast and they’re gorgeous! The fills I got were done in under 30 minutes by Nancy, and they turned out great.

Best nail salon downtown Vancouver. The sweetest staff. Very clean, cozy atmosphere. Flawless nails every time. If you want crazy design and details you may need an appointment beforehand because the main artist who does detail is booked out usually. Rightfully so, she rocks it. I’ll be more diligent and update more cute nails I get.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. It is clean, smells great, conveniently located in the downtown Vancouver area, and the service is UNBEATABLE! They are so welcoming and strive to assure you are completely happy. We were a walk in and had no wait, they got us in right away. Now for the nail review, I have 2 parts to it. Initially (first visit) they were so detail oriented, my nails look perfect! No lumps or abnormalities in the acrylic and the selection of colors available is extensive. I went with a bold red and almond shape (see pictures), and have gotten compliments left and right. The whole staff makes you feel like part of the family and I looked forward to coming back. 2nd part of review: I came back sooner than expected because I broke part of my nail being too rough. And once again they exceeded my expectations. I was again a walk in, they got me taken care of right away, and I asked for them to shorten them. Which they did perfectly. Price wise they are very competitively and fairly priced. But the value you get from their service is worth way more! Went with their new mermaid color and love it too! Thanks for another awesome day of pampering!

Update 6/5/2025: New management. Even better! Very clean and updated, new services offered. Super friendly staff. Lillie is my favorite, and there are several great nail artists now!! Still wonderful!! Update 7/17/24: LOVE Janie! She rocks. Asked about multi color chrome and she made it happen, and check out the detail in the star! What makes it even better is Janie is into creating art (you should see some of her clowns!) and loves when she finishes a masterpiece. Way too good. Janie- just don’t get too popular 😜 Still my fave place for nail art! Heading to Las Vegas but also Vette raceway. Check out the detail in the car logo!!!! Lyly is gone but the other gals are all fantastic! Creative and fun when you want it, too! Great place and getting better! Recent improvements such as a TV, new paint, tons of nail color options. Love the offer of wine, water, or...... Lyly is my favorite and she's a great person, besides being very artistic. I wanted something to show my support for the recent disaster in the Bahamas, and we came up with this! (Bahamian flag)
