Noel is amazing!!! She completely saved my hair! 😆 Excellent communication. She asked multiple questions to tailor the haircut to what I wanted and checked in periodically to make adjustments. Noel is also just a joy to talk to! I really enjoyed our conversation, and she's super cool. I highlyyy recommend booking with Noel for any cut and especially if you are looking for a shag or alternative haircut. She nailed it!! 🙂↕️🔥

From the moment I walked into Hot Shots, I knew this experience was going to be different — in the best way. The space is calm, thoughtful, and immediately sets the tone for a more intentional, unrushed experience. When I mentioned this, Sierra shared that it’s the Aveda way, which really showed throughout the appointment. Sierra gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. She truly listened to what I wanted — especially that I’m growing my hair out and didn’t want to lose length — and respected that completely, cutting only what was necessary. Her attention to detail was incredible, especially at the nape of my neck, which I’ve never had properly addressed before. I didn’t even realize the difference until days later when I noticed how much smoother and healthier my hair felt. This was also my first true curly/wavy haircut. Sierra took the time to work with my natural texture instead of fighting it or masking it with styling, and she made thoughtful notes to personalize the cut for my hair — because not all wavy hair is the same. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and genuinely happy with my hair. I’ve learned about this place from a referral and within the same day I gave out my referral who told me she loved it just as much as I did. If you’re looking for a stylist who listens, respects your goals, and pays attention to the small details, Sierra is exceptional. This is truly special and exactly what you deserve.

I had such a wonderful experience with Karina! She did an amazing job on my haircut, color, and highlights. She really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and the result was even better than I imagined. The color looks so natural and vibrant, and the highlights blend beautifully. Karina is not only talented but also super friendly and professional, she made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! So I have been looking for a salon that feels comfortable and cozy. Today I met the most beautiful woman named Karina, she had the most beautiful smile and warming welcome. I have never experienced such fun and great service. I was so relaxed and easily comfortable. I always get nervous when it becomes to people cutting my hair because I have a very round face, but she knew exactly what I needed and what I wanted And that was the most great feeling I had during my haircut. I had no worries and no second guesses. MY HAIR WAS LIGHTER, BEAUTIFUL AND THICKER, AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAD GOODIES. So say the least 10/100000000 THANK YOU KARINA xxxxooo
