Talk about Loc Joy! I booked an appt online for the Wednesday Special with Dawn! And she was everything I needed! From the shampoo bowl to our amazing conversation to having me out the door in 1.5 hours with a perfect bun! My locs have never felt this rejuvenated and healthy in my 2 year journey! I almost wanted to cut them completely out! 7 years ago today, my oldest son started his loc journey at HOBL with Tarsha. I'm so happy the new shop is in my backyard!
