My 10 year old daughter and I went in to get her ears pierced. Absolutely loved our experience (after she did it I got one too!!!) From the moment we walked in, the customer service was next level—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. The shop is immaculately clean, which immediately put me at ease. Huge shoutout to Suzy for not only being incredibly professional and skilled, but also for delivering the best girl pep talk when my daughter was getting ready 🖤 she made her feel confident, empowered, and comfortable. She patiently walked her through the whole process first and took her time explaining each and every step to my daughter. Prices are more than fair for the quality and care and knowledge of what is being pierced. We will 100% be back and will recommend this shop (especially Suzy!) to everyone I know. ✨
