Had a wonderful experience getting pierced. They were very kind and informative about their piercing metal (titanium) piercing type and why, as well as talked through the entire process with checking up on me throughout. They even offered to help switch jewlery when I had healed. I didnt catch my piercers name, but she was been accompanied by Karen. Very kind, clean, and welcoming place.

So, so nice and great service! I went to get my lip pierced, and I always get so nervous/scared with needles.. but Karen was amazing and so calm and relaxed!! So, so kind, I 100% recommend for anyone looking to get piercings done!

Maria is an unbelievably amazing awesome artist. She works with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the design and alignment before she begins. Her freestyle is beautiful. I love my new art. The atmosphere is completely relaxing. Everyone makes you feel like you fit right in and belong with them. This makes someone with high anxiety calmer just because of their presence. I highly recommend House of Lexx to everyone! You will leave just as happy as I am!

staff is super chill, it's the most human shop i've ever been to. i was screwed by another shop and the piercer here, Karen, was very willing to redo my piercings for free. they have good hours, always answer the phone, and are really easy to work with. karen was professional, kind, and understanding. her past experience as a body waxer really eased my mind when working with some intimate areas i wanted done. i felt very comfortable there as a woman who's had bad experiences with artists in the past. the shop is clean, and the piercing room is private. karen gave me her unbiased, professional opinion which in return saved me from getting a piercing that would not work with my anatomy. i've gone here multiple times for assistance with my piercings, which they are very willing to do. every artist there is always very nice and willing to have a conversation with customers. i really recommend coming here, as they are genuinely good people who are very down to earth.
