Debbie took the time to chat about what I wanted, what would work and wouldn't work with my type of hair. Talked me through everything and what she was going to do to make sure I was happy with it. My hair hadn't been cut for over 2 years and I walked away today with the best cut I could have asked for. I love it, it's healthy all around and is exactly what I needed and wanted. Having made the stupid decision to go blonde via a bottle, I needed to have the colours fixed. From the initial consultation with Sherrie and Nikki to the appointment with Beck, I knew what would be done, that there was no guarantee that one appointment would be enough. But honestly, the outcome was so much better than I thought possible and I definitely won't be looking cut corners with a bottle job again. Thank you ladies
