Don’t book with Kadine! Her communication is awful, I ended up paying %50 than I ought to but she can’t explain!! And her service isn’t that great either! The others are professional and lovely! Try to find a slot with anyone else, trust me x

How I Met Deen... It has been my honour to know and be a client of Deen Fashola for approximately 15 years. Deen was first recommended to me for a corrective service, and he has been my primary hair consultant ever since. The correction was for an over-processed relaxer that had left my hair dry, brittle, and shedding daily. I was devastated, as it had taken me years of protective braiding to reach the length I had. From the very first consultation, Deen was exemplary in the way he managed both my hair and my expectations. He wiped away my tears and reassured me that my hair could grow back without the damage being too noticeable. He explained honestly which services I would need and how long it would take to restore my hair’s health. I followed his advice to the letter and, with each visit, it felt as though he performed some kind of alchemy. Gradually, the damage became invisible to the naked eye, and with the help of seamlessly blended clip-in extensions, no one could tell what had happened. Within the timescale he had predicted, my hair was restored to its original length, healthier and stronger than before. Over the Years... Over time, Deen has become more like a good friend than a hair consultant. I thoroughly look forward to my appointments with him. He is never intrusive, always easy to talk to, discreet, and a consummate professional. He reads my moods so well that, during times when I have faced personal challenges and was not very communicative, he would simply pamper away in silence, and I would always leave feeling better. I strongly believe personal care during difficult times is essential for maintaining positive/good mental health, and Deen has, quite honestly, written the rule book on this. In all the years I have known him, he has never once let me down, never given me poor advice, and has always put my needs first. Qualities he continues to uphold to this day. Regrettably, COVID and then the unavailability of K-Tip extensions at Hype Coiffure have meant that I now see Deen for the services the salon does offer, primarily semi-permanent colour, wash, set, and finish. I remain delighted that Deen is available to be my primary consultant. When I arrive for my appointment, I am always greeted with a charismatic and reassuring smile. I feel incredibly lucky to have the privilege of Deen's 'magic' hands tending to my hair. A privilege which I do not take for granted. Every visit is an excellent Salon experience, and I always leave with luscious locks and indispensable aftercare advice. After so many years of knowing me, Deen instinctively knows what to do with my hair. Now our consultations are brief, and it feels as if he is almost telepathic. I just briefly explain what I would like and Deen does the rest. The results are always better than I could have imagined. I trust him implicitly. Fifteen years of impeccable, faultless appointments speak for themselves. A True Professional... In my opinion, Deen is a credit not only to Hype Coiffure but to the hairdressing industry as a whole. Both his colleagues and his clients are truly blessed and lucky to work with him. What Deen does naturally, most have to be taught or trained to do. Even then, they cannot fully emulate the way in which he takes a holistic approach to hair care and management. Deen, you are simply a Genius!
