I got tattooed by jesse, he was very nice and helpful, he reworked a design by request, and it came out really awesome! I came in for a touch up the other day and now it looks even better. I will likely be back for more 😎👍

Stacia was 10/10! She helped explain the process as this was my first big piece and was very patient. She kept things moving and was super personable, which made time go quick! She checked in with me often to make sure things were going at my pace and looking the way I wanted. Her quality of work was amazing, with great shading and line work. I really enjoyed my time at Ice9 with Stacia and plan to go back again soon for more!

I started going to Steve Justice for tattoos when I was 16. I never stopped!! My husband and my mom now see him too. He is super friendly, funny, professional, and flexible. He makes you feel comfortable and confident. The shop is clean and beautiful and all of the artists are talented and personable. I would never recommend anyone ever go anywhere else for a tattoo—I even drive two hours for ink now that I moved away! They don’t have a piercer but there’s tons of piercing parlors on the south side. Here are some of my tattoos, my moms tattoos, and my husband’s tattoos done by him. (The butterfly in the below picture overlapping a Rose was not done by Steve. The Rose is part of a coverup for that butterfly.)

Beautiful and comfortable studio! I was there for my first time today for an appointment with Jean. I have gotten tattooed by him for a couple years now. His artwork is original and creative. He is attentive to your needs, works within your budget and your ideas. I have many tattoos by Jean and they are all high quality, fantastic line work and great color work. Never had to go back for touch ups or anything. My skin is naturally more tanned with warm tones and he knows exactly how to tattoo my skin. 10/10 would recommend Jean at Ice 9 for anyone looking for an artist in Pittsburgh :)
