My bestie and I gifted each other a voucher from Iconic Head Spa for our birthdays. We were expecting a quiet 1hr for us but we were greeted with a bowl of complementary snacks, drinks, really good facial massage and of course the hair wash and head massage were incredible and they even blew dried our hair. It was incredibly relaxing! Such a good birthday gift ideas. Highly recommend Iconic Head Spa.

Wow what an incredible experience! They make you feel welcome and relaxed the minute you step into the salon. All the staff are so lovely and friendly with big smiles on their faces. I had the signature glow head spa and I could not fault a minute of it. I’m also pretty sure I fell asleep with how calming it was. Definitely recommend!

Best treatment I have ever had ANYWHERE! I had the Signature Glow headspa - and can’t wait to go back again! It was a beautiful Birthday gift and just incredibly relaxing & lovely. Thy my therapist was so kind and caring….it was absolutely amazing. I left glowing. Thank you!🩷

I just went for my head spa that I have booked a couple weeks ago. I read mainly the negative reviews to see what "possibly" could go wrong. Many women with long hair have written how badly their hair was treated...I have long natural hair and I am very careful who I let on my hair so after reading those comments I was hesitant but still wanted to make my own experience. Long story short: my hair was very soft afterwards, nicely and carefully brushed and dried. Very happy with it. I gave 4 stars cause I had Overall a beautiful experience and lovely staff. One star taken away because I think the "iconic" head shower or "Rainy shower" wasn't even used? I was a bit excited about it haha And I Wish the actual Massage in my head would have lasted longer like proper 5-10 min as I really needed it. The Lady treating me did a great job with good pressure applied on my head and I just wished there was a bit more time used for the actual head Massage cause it was so good. Thank you. Everything Else was lovely, nice Massages and Treatment Overall with tea and nibbles afterwards. I will consider to come back.

As a diploma qualified beauty therapist I am so very pleased with just how wonderful the service given here is by all staff. From walking in to leaving I felt so valued as a client and so very pampered I booked in for a special I saw online with high hopes of feeling some very much needed destressing and spoiling of myself. I was not disappointed the gowns are beautiful and comfy even for a larger lady like myself. So covering I didn't need a blanket which I was grateful for as I over heat easily I was in a shared room and it was so very peaceful and still very private. Amy was my therapist and she was very good at the massage I have not had a facial massage that good in many many years. I will be regularly booking myself in for some self love time
