I’ve been going to ideal image for all my beauty maintenance for about 5 years. Caitlyn has done my Botox the last couple times and is amazing! So sweet and the service is quick! Which is great for me and my schedule. I moved to Idaho falls and i still wait till I’m visiting salt lake to get it done so i can go to the West Jordan location. Ideal image has always done such a great job no matter what service I’ve gotten. Thanks ladies! XOXO ~Brooke~

I definitely recommend ideal image I was extremely nervous about going through with my appointment for laser hair removal. They changed my appointment two days before an informed me that my nurse had resigned. I’m extremely shy and was hesitant about a new nurse, but Kaitlyn was very professional, very kind and gentle, and by the end of my treatment I was completely comfortable with returning for my next treatment in eight weeks. I recommend ideal image for their professionalism and caring about their customers.

I had the Clear & Brilliant laser treatment done on my face. I was very nervous as this was my first time ever getting this done. Nina, my provider was great! She is very professional, informative, and talked me through every step before, during, and after care of the treatment. The laser procedure itself is about 30 minutes. I was there for about an hour and a half because Nina patiently took time answering questions and addressing all my concerns.

Loved my experience. Abby at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Nina was my nurse and she is just the cutest thing ever amd was so fun to work with. I just got it done yesterday and so far my lips look great. The botox hasn't set in yet but im just so happy I decided to do it. It actually ended up being cheaper than I thought too. To give you an idea, I got a full syringe of lip filler and botox on my forehead lines and 11 lines, my masseter muscle on my jaw and on my top lip for a lip flip. I spent just over $1,000 and im already planning to go back for more. Highly recommend. The process was super easy but a little painful in the lips. They are super informative and thorough. This is your sign to go!
