This is the only place I go to get my nails done for over 5 years now. Service is Always on point for me. My techs are Ann & Wyn Only! Michael is really good and my daughter has used Chi for about 7 years. Alot of thier customers are long time patrons. Ive never had a bad experience.

At first i wanted to give a low rating for my issues but i waited. I am glad i did because now they get the rating they deserve. So I came In on 2/25/23 to get a manicure and a pedicure. I did the basic French tip on both. I then wanted a design on my big toes and ring fingers. The nail tech said no no you need diamonds I said ok I trust you know what your talking about. So she did a wonderful job they were beautiful. But I made it home and within an hour and a nap later I woke up to all my diamonds off one finger, 2 off the other finger and a couple off each toe. I came in the next morning to see why this was happening and they fix the issue with no problem. I was very satisfied. I didn't do the diamonds again I stuck with my first choice and got the design I wanted. I will come back in a few weeks to get a touch up. Great job lady's you have a custom that will continue to come back. They listen and fixed the issues and for that I I've them a 5star rating.
