Jess is a fabulous hairdresser. I went to the salon today for first time. I needed a new style and pick me up. Jess talked to me first about what I wanted and then she went to work! She is so dedicated and took time to really deliver exactly what we had discussed and I envisaged. I have been to many great salons and hairdressers over the years and Jess is definitely one of them! She has the flair! :-)

I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding experience I had with Image & Co. I had hair extensions done for the first time with Lottie, and she, and her colleagues, went above and beyond from the moment I called. I was really nervous, but Lottie put me at ease immediately, inviting me in for a free consultation, taking time to explain the process, really listening to me in terms of what I was looking to achieve, and taking time to ensure the colour match was perfect. The salon is beautiful inside, and has such a calm and relaxing feel. The staff are warm, and engaging, and it felt so much more than just getting my hair done - The coffee and biscuits, the kindness, the attention and care. It was just the best experience I have ever had. I am going to be "Breaking up" with my long-term hairdresser, as I don't want to go anywhere else now. Thank you Lottie & The Team for an A*** experience.
