Highly recommend! Michelle is a great artist and can do ALL styles. Great price for quality work. Super clean and professional shop. A typical session is I tell her what I want, she gives me her professional advice on how to achieve the best results and bam, I always end up with a great tattoo. Also, I got piercings there and it was a pleasurable experience, safe, sanitary and gave great aftercare info. Furthermore, do you get anxiety going into a tattoo shop, wondering how pretentious the artist will be? Well no worries here. It’s such a comfortable chill professional vibe there! I give it an 11/10

10/10 would recommend! Michelle has tattooed three generations of my family. She’s done 98% of the tattoos I have. She’s such a talented artist! It’s always a blast sitting in her chair. To be honest I don’t really trust anyone else but her to do my tattoos because I know I’ll always leave happy with the outcome of them! Not only is she an amazing tattoo artist she’s just an overall amazing person to experience and talk with! She’s also done all of my piercings! If you’re ever looking for an amazing tattoo and an amazing experience in the upper peninsula Impaled Tattoo is definitely the place to go!!

I’ve been getting work done by Michelle for years, I absolutely recommend her to anyone considering a tattoo. Her shop is spotless, welcoming, and professional. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable she takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the whole experience more comforting especially if you're someone going for your first tattoo. As for pricing, it really depends on the size and detail of the piece you’re getting. That said, I’ve never walked away feeling like the cost was unfair. Every tattoo I’ve gotten from her has been high-quality and meaningful art that lasts a lifetime. Every visit I enjoy great company, great service, and always a good time. I can't wait for my next appointment at impaled.

Michelle is one if not the best tattoo artists in the area. I have trusted her with my rib tattoo, collarbone tattoo, half sleeve, and my full sleeve. Her fine line work is amazing. I get compliments all the time on how clean my fine line tattoos are! She can truly do any style you throw at her. I happily drive two hours to her shop because I know she will draw up the best work and will make sure so many times that you love what you’re going to have on your body forever. She is so flexible with her booking. Michelle also has the fairest prices I’ve ever seen. Three years ago when I was looking for a tattoo artist, Michelle definitely stood out to me not just because her prices, but her work is incredible. If you’re looking for somewhere to get tattoos definitely go to impaled! You’ll never feel more comfortable and happy with the results.

Michelle is a fantastic artist that produces phenomenal work while also being a listening ear and an entertainer! Her shop is full of her own artwork and everything in it compliments her style to a t. She is an open book and will tell it like it is - she is always honest and makes sure that you understand the process and aftercare of your service. She is a wonderful and caring person that also provides excellent service and beautiful artwork! I highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting piercings or tattoos done locally.
