I just wanted to leave really positive feedback from my appointment at the start of December with Mea she was absolutely fantastic. I came in having no idea what I wanted I felt a bit fed up with my hair and it looked really tired. Mea took such care helping me find a cut that I felt really happy and confident with and she is such a positive lovely person, especially as I came in as a tired pregnant mum with a toddler, so I never get pampered normally, it was so lovely. The website page to book an appointment was really easy to navigate. I experienced a really warm welcome and Really felt I was given the time I needed to explain why I was there. Everybody, I encountered was really friendly and helpful. I was completely changing my hairstyle and felt totally put in my ease by Evie – she’s an absolute star. My whole experience from the time I arrived until the time I left was absolutely brilliant. I was offered products but did not feel anyway obliged to buy anything. I will definitely be returning and recommending. Thank you.
