I was a bit nervous before the procedure, but there was really no reason to worry — everything went smoothly and professionally. Elena was attentive, gentle, and kept checking on how I was feeling throughout the session. I truly felt like I was in safe hands. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. Thank you for the care and professionalism!

I had a $100 promotional session with Vanessa today as well as a consultation for future sessions. The promo is what brought me in honestly, because it is a very good price. It was a 10/10 experience and when I am ready to proceed with more sessions I plan to return. The quote for subsequent sessions was reasonable and in line with other sessions I have gotten in the past- very fair competitive pricing. She was kind and nonjudgmental, careful, and sure to take her time to make sure to not laser areas that I wanted to maintain - which is a little bit tricky in my personal situation. They use ice and an air device to help with the pain of laser, and have $25 numbing lotion available. I used my own numbing lotion before I arrived, but had I not, I would have opted to use their product out of convenience (be sure to budget an extra 30-45 min of waiting for it to take full effect). The studio is very clean and well-lit, if not somewhat bare which fits with the aesthetic of removing artwork (haha). New state of the art Pico Sure machine. They do a comprehensive intake questionnaire and she was sure to ask me many times if I needed a break. The entire experience took about 45 minutes, but maybe 20 of that was actual lasering, so very fast. The sour candy she has available is a nice touch and if you're going in for removal, trust me- treat yourself to a LemonHead while you're getting zapped :-) Vanessa was sure to explain after care, and they include a few complementary items in a little kit, that can be helpful with healing, which is very thoughtful.

100% recommend. It’s been an amazing process so far. I started with a phone consultation with Jeff and he talked me through the process, pricing, and gave candid advice on expectations. There wasn’t any “selling” or promises made on the call, just transparency offered. I started the process today with my first removal appointment with Alice. She was amazing! She made it quick and efficient and was very kind. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

This visited Inkless for my first tattoo removal session. They are amazing! You can feel you are in good hands from very very first step. They guide you through the process, help to understand what to expect. The machine they use is top tier technology! Yes, it’s painful, but not too bad. I have low paid tolerance and was ok. They have personal approach, not chain-corporate. They care and get the job done. Can’t wait to see my clean skin !

I would definitely recommend Inkless if you are looking to remove or clean up tattoos. The facility is clean and organized. The staff (especially Alice, who lasered my 20 year old tattoo) are friendly and calm. They took the time to explain the process, what to expect during and after, and how to take care of the skin while healing. This was a positive experience with great people and I highly recommend this business! I came from Westchester and it was an easy train ride and a couple subway stops to their building.
