We've been in twice now, and both times were amazing experiences! It's easy to book an appointment in advance on their website. Each time we've been the only two people in and the service has been exceptional. It really helps that they have actual Nurses doing the IVs who have experience with getting them done right. My wife is a hard stick, and both different nurses got it done. They take the time to understand why you're there and what you need to make sure that you get the right solution. Make sure and ask about the returning customer card if you plan to visit more than once!

Joyce is a peach! We enjoyed talking with Joyce while we waited to receive our IV’s. We continued our conversation with her and she shared some very interesting and important information about the area. It was a pleasure meeting Joyce and doing business with IV Lounge. Jessica our nurse was great too. She was extremely busy while we were there but took great care of us, none the less. We both got the Meyers.

Due to a medical condition, I have chronic severe dehydration, and IV Lounge Nola is a god-send. The health systems in New Orleans only does IVs through the ER. IV Lounge offers a fantastic alternative. It's cheaper, faster, and a really welcoming, comfortable and quiet atmosphere. I need routine hydration/banana bag (Meyer) IVs at least monthly. IV Lounge offers a much more affordable alternative to the ER and the staff is amazing. They are all nurses, most local ER or ICU, and are looking out for the best for you. There is never upsell pressure; they really want what is best for you and will spend time with you going over what options may help. I believe at this point, I've had IVs from every staff member and they are all kind, caring professionals. I now consider them part of my healthcare team. I feel they genuinely vested in your health and want to do whatever they can to help. I have nothing but praise for this team and highly recommend you check them out before heading to the ER.
