****Update from below review: They've taken care of me since this incident and I appreciate their awesome customer service and quality of nail products. Thanks Ivy Nail team... Especially Katie who I see for my nails!! Changing to 5 Star. This was my 4th time coming here to get my nails done (Usually done by Katie). Tonight was a bit different vibe. I was greeted when I walked in and I told them what I was there for (gel manicure and eyebrow wax). That was the last time they spoke to me. Never was I told how long the wait would be or offered any water, anything. 30 minutes without acknowledging that I was sitting there. When they were finally ready for me, I provided my feedback and was told "you were picking out your color." I did not appreciate the blaming of the customer and told them have a good night and walked out. I refuse to give my money to businesses that react this way and don't take care of the customer. I don't have a problem waiting, but at least communicate that with me. Not sure if the staff here are getting "comfortable" since they've opened in June, but their customer service has not been the best.
