I’ve been here a few times before- it’s pretty, sparkly and well-ventilated. Today I had a special idea with cat-eye and holographic- they took the time to understand what I wanted and were so kind about making sure it was exactly as I wanted! They were running a touch behind for my appointment time- but what nail salon isn’t?!

I wasn't allowed to take pictures past the lobby area inside, so I can't show you, but this place is really nice with a lot of chairs. Oh, and I have new feet now!! My feet were in awful condition, and they feel amazing right now!! Thank you for working on and fixing my alligator feet. Also, the environment was very quiet with calming music playing. The videos showing Vietnam was a nice touch and the shout out to Tippi Hedren was good to know. I am quite impressed.

One of the few salons where I can get my gel builder done right. I usually do walk-ins but if you talk to the front staff or owner, they can accommodate earlier hours--and make sure you show up! I've had Jasmine taking care my nails since February 2024. Awesome salon. ------- Edited re: my last visit, Jan 2025: JNails is no longer my favorite salon. Why? They've had some staffing issues over the past 6-8 months--not the problem. The staff that I've worked with have always been friendly but the vibe and atmosphere has changed (owner) and pricing has gotten a bit out of hand. I haven't been back since getting services there and treating my sister who was visiting for her birthday. Unfortunately, the final bill was incredibly nickel and dimed (heavily itemized) to the point it felt like I had missed a notice for hidden fees. I'm pretty sure they'd edited their service menu. My sister got back to the East Coast and her nails (gel) chipped within a week and then two nails cracked. Some of our services felt rushed; the owner did our nails and Pedi but she was barely the careful and meticulous artist I'd initially lauded. She seemed preoccupied and annoyed. I've never let a language barrier stop me from checking in on someone who seems to have checked out but I bit my tongue for the first time. We endured our appointment, the outcome was satisfactory but not sure if I'll be coming back.
