I am absolutely over the moon after my visit to Jack & Ivy! The lovely and extremely talented Abbie Ross sorted me right out with a cut and colour I'm obsessed with. After having a long run of bad hairdressing experiences, I really lost all faith in the trade after being disappointed each time I left the salon. Abbie was so professional, prompt and came alongside a thorough skillset. She kept me up to date every step of the way. I felt at ease very quickly, I could tell, it's top notch training that goes on here, as well using high end products. Did I mention the expenctionally competitive rates! Ive never had so much done alongside such a good price tag! The salon itself has a good buzz going, very clean, friendly staff and gorgeous beverages, a different touch of class. I was lucky to meet the main man Stan, who came for a furry hello and a treat (who doesn't love a shop dog, pawfect!) Thanks once again to the lovely Abbie, you've truly sparked a confidence back in me with my gorgeous redo. Until next time, take care all x

Excellent razor cut today with trainee stylist Abby Ross under the supervision of top man Graeme. Absolutely delighted with the end result. Took all the weight out of my thick hair without having to have layers. Well Done Abby 👏

Such a lovely salon! friendly staff, good decor and a complimentary drink (they have a proper coffee machine!) Abbi was very friendly and has done a great job with my hair. Definitely recommend
