Her energy!!!! She makes you feel so comfortable in whatever treatment or waxing you are getting. She offers you her products from her own line but she's never pushy to where you feel forced to buy. She explains each step as she's working on you, but overall she keeps you intrigued and laughing with her conversations! And The place is super clean!
