After trying countless barbershops in NJ, this is the best I've found. I go to Luis specifically, and he's incredibly attentive. He really listens to what you want and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. His scissor work is outstanding and he delivers exactly what you're looking for every time. The quality speaks for itself in their Booksy reviews. This place is a gem and I honestly think you won't find better in NJ.

My boyfriend had his haircut messed up pretty bad at another shop - the moment we stepped into JAX they took care of him like family and Nick did some hair surgery that got him exactly what he was looking for. Everyone in the shop was extremely professional and even offered espresso as soon as we walked in (can never say no to that..) highly recommend this shop for the work they do and the professional/respectful environment they curate.

Luis is a master at his craft. He is a compassionate and understanding individual. When it comes to explaining what hairstyle you want, he is excellent when it comes to executing. Truly no other quite like him, fantastic individual and a wizard with the clippers and scissors. The best barbershop I've ever been to personally and I will continue to be a loyal customer. 10/10
