I had such a great experience. Marion is my stylist and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I’ve seen her twice now to expertly move my hair extensions up – she always does an amazing job. Just the right amount of tension without feeling too tight. At my last visit she also did my keratin treatment and my hair has honestly never been so glossy, smooth and manageable. It’s an absolute dream to style now. The whole team is lovely and professional, and I always leave feeling fantastic. Highly recommend! ✨

I followed Claire to Jayne & Co when she moved from her previous salon. She always does such a amazing job colouring my blonde hair and always understands the assignment. She even came in on her day off as a once off gesture to suit my schedule which I was so grateful for. Amazing service and highly skilled hair stylist. Couldn't recommend Claire more!

I was a little worried about getting extensions as I always wear my hair up and wanted to continue doing so , so I did my research , I had a few consultations at different salons but felt most comfortable with Jayne & co . Emma seemed to listen to my concerns and needs , no pushing or on selling. I bit the bullet and have never looked back … I have had 2 move ups since and the initial service and every time has been spot on. Really nice environment. Emma is extra special always remembers conversations from the previous visits which makes you feel that she actually listens while doing her magic. The quality of hair is perfect and mine is still in excellent condition 3 months in and I have platinum blonde hair ❤️

I’ve been considering hair extensions for a few years now after losing a lot of hair — and confidence — through menopause. Last year I had a really terrible experience with tape extensions that were ill-fitting and looked very unnatural. I had them removed in less than a week and honestly thought maybe extensions just weren’t going to work for me. Finding Jayne & Co completely changed that. From the very beginning Claire was so thoughtful and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and really understood how nervous I was on the day of the appointment after my previous experience. That care and patience made such a difference. The result has honestly blown me away. The weft and nano bond extensions are comfortable, the colour match is absolute perfection, and the blend with my natural hair is seamless. For the first time in many, many years I genuinely love my hair again. Claire’s skill, attention to detail and kindness throughout the whole process made this such a positive experience. I truly couldn’t be happier with both the service and my beautiful new hair. 💛
