Very friendly and professional. They are quite efficient and meticulous with their work. Update: I go to Jenny Nails for various pedicures I have NOT had a manicure there... Until today. I got a simple mani for Jenny herself. Such care and detail, the customer is in wonderful hands when with Jenny. In fact, the nail staff here are all marvelous. ❤️

Ivy did my pedicure! She was super thorough and cleaned up all my dead skin around my toes! She even made sure that no gel was on my skin before curing each time. She recommended that I do dip instead of acrylic because it would be better for my nails. I was then handed off to Sam for my full set! Sam was quiet, but he did amazing work! I showed him my inspiration photo and he matched the size and shape on the first try! He worked to help find the decals that would work with my design and he free-handed lines in a rose gold as well. He took his time and smoothed out all the rough edges, especially along my cuticles and on the back of the extensions. I will definitely be coming back again!!

Jenny is so sweet and genuine. They will pamper you and make you feel at home and the employees are all very kind and make sure you get exactly what you want. Hands down best salon in Lansing. I am not a lifelong customer! Best customer service I've had in decades
