I found Alexis (aka Jewelle) through TikTok and decided to give her a try. From the start, she was super friendly and responsive over text. She answered my questions quickly and made sure I understood how to book exactly what I needed. When I couldn’t find the right add-on option online, she immediately found a workaround and made it easy. On the day of my appointment, I actually showed up 30 minutes early by accident and she still managed to accommodate me without hesitation. The service was quick, thorough, and professional, and she made the whole experience comfortable. I really appreciated her communication, flexibility, and great energy. Highly recommend Alexis. I’ll definitely be back!

Alexis is amazing! She offers many different services and I would definitely recommend going to her if it’s your first time waxing! She made me feel very comfortable and was very informative! She also has an amazing personality! Definitely booking again!

I am not a self care girlie, I decided to get my brows laminated, tinted and waxed with Alexis. I was nervous cause I've never had this done. Let me tell you OMG they look so GOOD. She was so sweet and meticulously with every step. I am BEYOND pleased with the results. I haven't even put my car in drive yet, I had to leave this wonderful girl a review. I should have know she would be great with her 5 star google rating, but she deserves 10 star to be honest! I'll be scheduling again very soon!! If you are even thinking of booking any of her services, just do it. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

My eyes were caught by a 60 second video on TikTok and I must say that I think it was one of the best promo videos ever made. As soon as I heard Smyrna area, I immediately made a reservation. Despite my busy schedule, I was able to make my appointment two days later. My experience with Alexis was excellent, and I must say she did not disappoint me. Alexis guided me with directions, greeted me with world class customer service, answered all my questions and concerns and made my experience spectacular! I know she loves this career! Not only did I get my v-waxed I did my under arms too. Alexis cleaned, waved and cleaned again leaving no hairs, and no wax behind. Pain I rated 8 out of 10 ( because it’s been a while since I’ve been waxed) But to have someone, close by, reasonable price, and customer friendly and did I tell y’all I left with affirmations IYKYK I live by those universe just be speaking… well I left with my next appointment booked! My new Coochie bestie lol is what I’ve nicknamed her as a new client. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No hair left behind! Thanks Alexis and welcome to Nashville New Bestie
