I had a wonderful experience as I've always had. I've been cutting my hair in this place for years eight years to be precise and I have never had a problem with it. They've always received me with lots of love and even if I messed it up myself (sometimes I like doing stuff on my own hair) she Tammy says: don't worry the good thing is that you came to us. My stylist is Tammy and she is the best, she knows what she's doing with color and with haircuts and I just absolutely love the way my hair comes out every time she does it. I highly recommend this place super recommend it and I recommend the three of them Lena, TT and Tammy. Update: Oct. 19, 2019! Came again for my wedding hair. Chose an ombré hair style this time it is beautiful. Yay 😁 done ✅ Super happy 😊 with the results! As always they never disappoint rather they are on point!

Finally, found a salon that does help thin haired ladies like me. Initially, we had a little miscommunication of just getting a haircut. My fault cause I should have said cut and color. Anywho, Tammy did a great cut! I wish I had a before picture so everyone can appreciate the after. I have a very long, thin, black hair. Tammy cut it in less than 20 mins and did amazing! It had life right after she cut it. She also styled it that whatever part I choose, it will look good. I appreciate that. It was busy which is good. Great location too. There were other girls too whom I loved the cuts. I feel like these ladies are fairy god mothers! Second, I asked her to add color so it will look more livelier. It was my first time to get color and it looked great. Husband is so happy with it he said I should go there regularly. Very happy with it. Thank you Tammy!

Decided to give Jovana Salon a try after searching for a quality affordable salon in Portland to get a balayage and haircut and I am so glad I did! The haircut and balayage is one of the best I’ve ever had and the most affordable. The balayage and haircut was exactly what I was looking for and my stylist was so nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for quality salon services at a great price.
