I called Joyce African Hair Braiding in a Friday afternoon. She told me they were taking their last customer at 5pm. I didn't get off work until 5pm and I live close by so Joyce told me to come as soon as I get off. When I got there a very pleasant woman answered a few questions I had, and began to style my hair according to the style I requested. Shortly afterwards, I realized I asked for box braids when I meant Knotless. Long story short, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my style. Needless to say I was not only more than satisfied with my hair but also by the patience, understanding and great customer service I experienced. I can't remember her name but I won't forget how she made me feel. Thank you 😊
