I had my first experience at Just Breathe A Salt Room this past weekend. It was not only enjoying the benefits of the salt room, but they held a sound healing session with Bonny from Three Feathers Healing. It was a beautiful, healing and wonderful experience! The gravity chairs were so comfy and the size of the class was perfect. I intend on continuing my health and spiritual journey with Just Breathe! Thank you for an amazing experience!

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt a calm, welcoming presence from Missy. Checking in, I didnt feel rushed we even spent some time googling my zodiac sign because I am on the cusp. I felt like I was welcomed into someone's home. She gave me water, showed me her beautiful pressed flowers she had got that day. I almost cried when we were chatting (good tears) because she genuinely reminded me of my aunt that I lost to cancer June 2024. The way she spoke about her garden, down to her hair and the way she was dressed it was a very surreal experience and it felt like for a moment I was with her again. The salt room was so relaxing. I have cptsd, athsma, allergies and anxiety. I was a bit antsy the first few moments of the session because I have trouble relaxing, I spent time deep breathing and trying to pick out with salt brick was my favorite. The chairs are adjustable and comfortable and I spent time figuring out what setting was best. I must of gotten lucky because nobody else booked this time so I was alone in there which was a great first experience. I ended up falling asleep curled into a ball on the chair. I dont fall asleep anywhere! Afterwards I felt so calm and happy and spent the whole drive home relaxed. Even the next day i felt amazing. Im a single mom and I dont get much time at all for myself. But its my new year goal to do more things for myself so i dont lose myself in motherhood. Thank you so much Missy, I cant wait to come back.
