I just wanted to provide feedback for the amazing customer service and care I received from Cynthia today while getting my hair cut. She was amazingly helpful, lovely to talk to and helped me make decisions and gave reasons for it when I was unsure of certain things like going shorter etc. She talked me through her process the whole way and gave tips on how to keep it looking good. I had a bad experience (and that''s putting it lightly) a few months ago with another hair dresser at this salon and was hesitant at first but I'm glad I went back when someone who cares so much about her work was on. Thank you very much Cynthia and I hope this feedback makes it way to you.

I went there yesterday for the first time. Had a great experience. Really good service. The ladies are really nice and friendly. I brought my baby with me and they’re really supportive. I was a little worry if the cut might take awhile and made my baby fussy. But my hairdresser was good. She’s fast. She listened to my requests and did it well.

Marc is honestly the best. He’s absolutely hilarious and makes every appointment feel relaxed and light-hearted, which makes such a difference. I usually walk in completely clueless about what I want, and he always takes the time to help me figure out a style that actually suits me and makes me feel confident. He never rushes the cut and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right. A genuinely lovely person who also gives an amazing haircut, no compromises at all. Highly recommend. Every now and then I can't choose to get a cut with someone of choice for some reason, then I turn around. Everyone here is great, but you should be able to choose your hair dresser.
