My 5yr old son just had a haircut with Donna. He was quite wiggly and didn’t love the feel of the cape/haircut.. Donna was so patient with him, so kind, made him giggle and kept him informed of the whole process. She had such a great attitude towards him. His haircut looks so good!

Edit: I returned with my 2.5 y/o for his first cut. We are SO impressed with hiw everything went. My son made a right racket and struggled and the whole team jumped in to help, the stylist (Hitome? Sorry for the misspelling) made every effort to get the haircut done, we were up and down and swapped parents and it was chaos. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care we received I had a great experience with Robyn this morning. She was very friendly and we had a great chat, I am very very happy with my haircut as well. I will definitely be returning.
