Sharyn/Sharon was absolutely fantastic! I went in needing a good wash and trim (it had been a while since I’d properly washed my hair 😅), and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. She explained what she was doing, checked in to make sure I was happy, and even gave me some great tips on how to dry my hair for more volume. She was so lovely and easy to talk to! I only planned on grabbing shampoo, but ended up getting the conditioner and serum too, purely because of how great her customer service was. Highly recommend!
