I went to Karma 7 for laser hair removal treatment. My laser tech Liz was professional & knowledgeable. She was very respectful, explained everything to me, and did not rush me. She made me feel very much at ease which is important during a Brazilian laser treatment! She answered every one of my questions in a friendly and calm manner. I feel as though I saw results after one treatment! I can't wait to see my results when all my treatments are completed. I highly recommend Karma 7 for all your beauty desires and Liz for all your laser needs

Ernisha Bros — 5/5 (via Google) Mar 1, 2026

My husband booked this Spa for Valentines as a surprise and I truly enjoyed my treatment . He booked the Body Ritual and it was truly such a relaxing experience. The room itself was so nice and my therapist had relaxing music playing and the ambiance was a great way to start Valentine's. Liz kept checking to see if I was enjoying my services and kept making sure the temperatures were comfortable. After my service I was soeaking to Ella at front desk and she was so sweet and answering all of my questions about the Spa since this was my first time. I definitely will be returning as I already booked my next service with them. Only some minor feedback to the owner for consideration but it doesn't take away from the 5 stars, if after the body ritual service if the full body towels provided to dry can be warmed. I had such a great experience and cant wait to return

Melissa — 5/5 (via Google) Oct 2, 2025

Marcello is a Hair Genius! I had an incredible experience at the salon thanks to Marcello! He did an amazing job with my highlights, tone, haircut, and blow dry — everything was flawless. He listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations! My hair looks vibrant, healthy, and beautifully styled. Marcello’s attention to detail and talent truly shine through. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier hair care and styling!
