Customer Reviews for Karma Beauty and Wellness
Jeremy Brandes — 5/5 (via Google)
A Testimonial for Lenae, Cortney and Karma Beauty and Wellness I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care I have received at Karma over the past several months. What began as neural therapy treatment has truly become a life-changing journey, and I credit Lenae and her outstanding staff for the transformation I have experienced. When I first came to Karma, I was struggling profoundly with my mental health. I felt lost and, honestly, didn't want to be here anymore. I had reached a point where I couldn't see a path forward. Today, I stand in a completely different place—grateful, hopeful, and blessed to be alive. Lenae has gone far beyond what I ever expected from a healthcare provider and much more Not only has she expertly managed my neural therapy treatment and adjusted my bloodwork numbers to optimal levels, but she has also shown genuine care for my overall well-being. Her compassionate approach to my mental health has literally saved my life. I find myself at a loss for words adequate to express the impact she has had on me. Equally impressive is Karma's dedicated staff. They have consistently gone above and beyond, calling to check on me and finding creative solutions when insurance coverage issues arose with my prescriptions. Their commitment to ensuring I receive the care I need, regardless of obstacles, demonstrates a level of service that is truly rare. I am blessed to have Lenae, Cortney and the entire Karma team as part of my healing journey, and I look forward to continuing this path with their support. For anyone seeking genuine, compassionate, life-changing care, I cannot recommend Karma Beauty and wellness highly enough. With profound gratitude, Your Beyond Happy client Jeremy Brandes.

As a membership client at Karma Beauty, I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my self-care routine. The consistency, professionalism, and results keep me coming back month after month. I regularly receive services and every experience has been exceptional. The facials are customized and truly results-driven — my skin has never looked healthier. Waxing is efficient and comfortable, and the laser hair removal process has been smooth, effective, and thoroughly explained at every step. The team takes time to understand your goals, tracks your progress, and makes you feel valued as a member. The space is always clean, calming, and welcoming. If you’re considering a membership, do it. It’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Courtney was AMAZING. She explained everything step by step, checked on me the entire time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole CO₂ laser facial. Her post-care instructions were super clear, and I felt totally taken care of. I honestly wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else — 10/10 recommend!
