I’ve been seeing Kat for decades now and she is so much more than just a hairdresser to me. From everyday appointments to the biggest day of my life, she has always made me feel completely looked after and supports all my different hair eras! I recommend Kat to everyone and many of my family and friends now see her too. Kat and Chelsea did my entire bridal party’s hair for my wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect. Kat was calm, organised, incredibly talented and so accommodating — exactly the kind of energy you want around you on such a special day. She is genuinely gifted at what she does, but it’s her warmth and care that really set her apart. You’re never just another client. The salon is beautiful and welcoming as well!

Always an amazing experience at Katarna’s! A special shout out to Tylar who was amazing through it all! At the start of my appointment I got a call saying my son had to be dropped off to me because he wasn’t well at school. Tylar was amazing and so accomodating with my 300 phone calls I had to make and even more amazing when my son had to sit on me for my appointment! Love that this salon is so accomodating for all types of clients, especially when it’s an unexpected visitor 😂 even better when I still walk out with the exact hair that I wanted!! Thanks guys!! Xx

Feeling so blessed, thanks to the caring wonderful Kat and her beautiful staff at Katarna's Hair Studio. Stepping through the doors into the lovely modern salon yesterday, I have entered into the warm, caring, joyful and professional world of Katarna's Hair Studio. Greeted by the the warm friendly smile of Sarah, soon after greeted yet again by another warm welcome of Hannah who takes me through to the basins, with comfortable reclining massage features, to begin my wonderful relaxing journey which includes a yummy head massage. Feeling so relaxed I move to the comfy styling chair (where I am offered a great variety of drinks) of my most gorgeous, welcoming, caring and talented hairdresser KAT....who is an absolute treasure. After good communication of what my needs are this cut Kat applies her fabulous skills/talents to create a great look for me ...all whilst she radiates warmth, caring and joy, I feel like I'm catching up with a very special friend every 4 or 5 weeks. Thank you Kat for feeding my soul, every visit, by being a genuinely kind, caring, fun loving, joyous, extremely talented human being....it's contagious - you are truly appreciated. Also, what an amazingly talented & beautiful caring work family you have built, bravo. I feel very blessed to be welcomed into your amazingly warm, joyous, caring and talented world of Katarna's Hair Studio every 4 or five weeks. Thank You. I cannot express the enormous about of respect for Kat, the owner, and the business as a whole. Kat has been doing my hair on and off over 17 years, so there is a massive level of trust. Off and on was not because she wasn't incredibly talented and amazing, but because I already had a wonderful hairdresser for many years and Kat stood in for her when she couldn't be there. She moved to QLD and my heart instantly wanted to go back to Kat. After talking with her, she made room for me. I am beyond words grateful to her, I know how booked up and popular she is, so the fact she welcomed an old face and wanted to make room for me, made me feel so amazing and special. This doesn't surprise me, that's just who she is ❤️ When I walk into Katarna's, the whole experience is so special. From the darling receptionist Sarah, to the sweet and fun other stylists, and the warm, friendly helpers; it brings me so much joy to spend several hours there each eight weeks. Everybody in that salon makes u feel feel warm, happy, it's a treasured and relaxing experience each time. I would like to add, the beautiful Kat supported my best mate through her cancer journey (which is ongoing), and all her staff remember me and are so kind and thoughtful in asking after her. The most beautiful, talented bunch of women. I feel honoured i get to be a client, I guarantee u will too!

I love this salon! I’ve had my hair done blonde and brown here and I couldn’t have asked for a better job. The girls are super nice, the salon is beautiful with the comfy massage chairs and you get way more value for money. I will always keep coming back to this hair studio they always do an amazing job for a great price.
