I really wanted to love this place because there is a lot to love about it. The owner, Kathie has owned it for 25 years. It sits in the very back of a parking lot near the grocery store and I was hoping I had finally found the place I could go all the time and get my nails done. The first thing that struck me when I walk in is, they had just recently remodeled and it was very nice, but there were only two televisions and you have to completely Crane your neck to see them, if they have them turned on, while you’re getting your nails done. There was no noise at all when I walked in. No music, no television nothing for the longest time. I asked if they would turn on anything and finally they did. But then they turned on those goofy videos of all over the world that repeat over and over of pretty scenes that are from a drone, but have a lot of AI and elevator music in the background. They hadn’t apparently paid for it so there were commercials a lot of the time and it was literally just the same place over and over on repeat. That’s the last thing I want to hear when I’m in a nail store and it honestly just made me want to go to sleep or leave. I don’t understand why, when I was the only customer in there, they couldn’t have asked me what kind of music I like and put it on. But I think perhaps they don’t have a sound system at all. Also, it’s impossible to see the television from where I was sitting. So that was really strange too. They need more televisions and they need to pay for a nice service or even just ask what channel someone wants to watch or put on I love Lucy episodes or I don’t care. But just something because this just seemed very half hearted. Their services are not inexpensive. I paid more than I’ve paid in Palm beach at most places and I’ve tried many. The girl that did my nails actually did a pretty decent job although she did burn my nails in a couple of places filing them after I warned her that they were thin. She did the best leg massage. I think I’ve ever had in Palm beach at a regular upgraded pedicure chair. That was impressive! She was very nice and Cathy was nice and greeted me and said goodbye when I left. They didn’t offer me anything to drink… Not even water. It just didn’t feel like they were extremely customer focused, and I was really hoping they would be because I would be as loyal as anyone and I would’ve brought all of my friends and daughters in here and really made it our Nail Home. If I really have it my way, I think nail people need to start going into peoples homes because I am so tired of going and sitting in uncomfortable nail desks, and trying to pretend like it’s some sort of spa when they just really are more like factories. I gave them four stars just because they’ve been here 25 years. But truly, the lack of attention to detail and customer comfort probably only warranted two or three stars. Then they did text and asked me to leave a review so I am doing that right now.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, and Kathy & her staff have always been top notch! I literally do not go to any other salon or barber, that’s how good the service is. Outstanding haircuts, facials, pedicures and more! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I had such a wonderful experience here today. Everything was clean and professional. I had a wonderful time talking with the staff. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back. I tried a new style of manicure and it was a technique I had not seen previously. Very cool. Thanks so much!!
