I decided to go to Kay’s threading after my mom and sister told me they like the service. I decided to go to get my eyebrows threaded before my wedding. I told Kay I was getting married the next day and she asked if I wanted to get a facial to prep for the wedding. I was nervous to try something new the day before my wedding but Kay assured me that she wouldn’t put any strong chemicals for the facial. Something in me trusted her even tho we just met!!! Kay did an excellent job threading and giving me a facial. My makeup artist also was impressed with how my face was glowing!!! I’m so happy I trusted Kay and I’m so happy to continue to go to her!! Thanks Kay ❤️

I've been coming here for over 10 years and even moving away from the neighborhood, I still make the long distance trip to travel here for their quality and kind costumer service. I highly recommend them to any male or female, I always get eyebrows threaded, cleaned up as a male, and they never fail me. Their energy and environment is amazing and lovely to be around in, the long trip is worth knowing they always do a awesome job along with care such as lotions, massage, & after care. This business has been ongoing for many years and I'm glad to see they are still delivering quality service. They offer a high variety of services for both male and female so anyone is welcome. The best place I have ever been to! I worked with Kay and let me just say she’s extremely passionate about what she does. She was extremely sweet and understanding. I have had other places brush me off when I ask about doing my brows a certain way. Kay sat me down and immediately asked me what I was looking for and she did exactly as I wanted and helped me understand my brows. She constantly allowed me to check in and see if I wanted to make any changes. She stated they were my brows and I am in charge and that is exactly what happened. Customer service was great!

I have been going to Kay since I was 13. I was referred to her by a friend and have been going to her since. No one threads my eyebrows like Kay. I live in Brooklyn and have traveled for years to go to Kay. She is extreme talented and caring. She truly loves what she does and her costumers. She is extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you achieve the eyebrow look you want. But aside from being the best at all things eyebrows and threading- she is the most caring and loving person. She has become like a mom to me.
