Got a scalp facial as a Christmas present and it was my first spa experience. The whole service was excellent from start to finish. Very clean and relaxing environment. The girl at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Camille was my service provider and did an excellent job.

KB Beauty was absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Camille was AMAZING—she did an excellent job! She explained each step of the process and the purpose behind it, which made the experience both relaxing and informative. The pressure during the scalp massage was PERFECT! I left feeling incredibly refreshed, relaxed, and with noticeably healthier hair. As someone who is postpartum, this massage and hair care was well needed and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend KB Beauty and cannot wait to go back!

I absolutely love KB Beauty in Hales Corners, WI! I’ve had the pleasure of getting a scalp facial with Jackie and a custom facial with Chani, and both experiences were phenomenal. They were experiences unlike anything else out there. The team offers so much more than just facials, they even have a super talented lash artist, Addisen, who does amazing work. Every receptionist is incredibly polite and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel warm and inviting. One of my favorite things is how present the owner is… she truly embodies the heart and soul of the business, providing services herself and making sure every client feels cared for. It is all seen in every detail she has in her place. KB Beauty is hands-down one of my favorite spots for self-care!

I was a part of a private party and got an express facial and absolutely no details were missed! From the clean and aesthetic waiting room to the cozy treatment rooms that had so much thought put into them including a spot to put jewelry as well as contact solution and cases in the event you wanted to take them out! I don’t get facials often but Kelly explained everything in detail and went into possible side effects I may encounter. The facial itself was so relaxing and comfortable and Kelly took a close look at what would be best for my skin. I will absolutely be back and will definitely recommend KB beauty studio moving forward!!
