I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s under new management, and Susu is absolutely amazing at what she does — you can truly feel the difference. The salon feels fresh, welcoming, and so well cared for. Susu always takes her time to make sure my nails look perfect, and since I’ve been seeing her, my nails are healthier and stronger than ever. She genuinely cares about nail health and uses top-quality products, which makes such a difference. When I started getting my nails done consistently this is the ONLY place that got the small details right. The staff is kind and always takes my personal style into consideration because they get to know you. They are patient with me as I ask questions and make decisions about color and design. I never feel rushed, even when the place is packed with people. From cleanliness to service, this place will exceed all your expectations. Rest assured you will be pampered, taken care of and will leave with amazing nails and a smile.

My first experience in the KB nail spa- Hiram, GA was a delight. The store looked and smelled very clean. Not like chemicals. Everything was organized and neat including the personnel. We were seated right away for pedicures on a Wednesday afternoon. I had the jelly pedicure package with gel nails and it did not disappoint. I left feeling refreshed and new with beautiful polish on perfectly pedicured toes. The lady who took care of me was so friendly and professional. She spoke great English and we had good conversation. My massage chair did is job as well as the staff. If you want a relaxing environment with top tier service, try KB nails. Worth every penny.

I've been a loyal client at Fantasy Nails for a while, and recently learned that there's a new owner something I only found out when arriving for my scheduled appt. At my last appt the previous owner introduced me to a new nail tech. They didn't mention they were leaving, just that I'd have someone new taking care of my nails. The new nail tech was very nice and did a great job she was also excited to do new designs with me at my next appt. I also have a volunteer for my company who comes with me to get her nails done who has autism and they were very respectful sweet and helpful to her. Since the new ownership, I've noticed several positive changes. Even though prices have increased slightly, there's also been a noticeable improvement in quality. I really appreciate the new disposable pedicure kits, which ensure a more hygienic experience since tools aren't shared. The polish selection has also been upgraded, featuring high-quality options and exciting new designs like glow-in-the-dark and cat-eye colors, along with a much wider variety overall. I've been back five times for my scheduled appointments, and each time my nails have come out exactly how I requested. The service has been professional, consistent, and detail-oriented. Although the prices are a bit higher, the enhancements in quality and experience make it worthwhile. I continue to feel comfortable and confident with my appointments and results.

If you're looking for a place to get your nails done that is clean, welcoming, AND does amazing work, look no further than KB Nails in Hiram. Susu, the owner/operator, is warm, kind, funny and patient. She is crazy talented and meticulous in her work and treats her clients like friends and family. She is the only nail tech I've been to where I can show her a picture of what I want and get EXACTLY what I asked for. Susu is the absolute best!
