I rarely leave reviews, but this salon truly deserves one! It’s tucked away in a little alley in Chinatown and is always busy — I’d walked past it a few times and finally decided to give it a go. Now I’m a loyal customer! My stylist, John, is incredibly attentive and talented. He gives me lovely, natural-looking layers with great texture and shape every time. There are also plenty of other skilled stylists here, so even if you just walk in without an appointment, you’ve got a good chance of getting a brilliant haircut. Unlike my previous salon where I always had to book weeks in advance, pay a fortune, and still left disappointed — this place is friendly, fairly priced, and consistently delivers fantastic results. Highly recommended!

I had my first ever perm today with penny. I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted - she did it perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted. I was so grateful for her today, she really made me feel looked after in the salon. I highly recommend visiting her for a perm if you are in the area. 10/10

I am soooooo amazed at this salon! I went to keep my boyfriend company but ended up getting a hair treatment, haircut and blowout myself. Penny was very kind and explained the process throughout the entire time. I am coming back 1000000% BEST hairdresser/haircut experience I had in London 👌🏼
