I had a wonderful experience with Danielle. I’ve had haircuts here before and always loved them, but this was my first time getting my hair colored. I wanted a subtle dark cherry balayage, and Danielle was incredibly careful throughout the process. When my hair didn’t take the color easily at first, she was patient, happy to lift again, and made sure to achieve the look while staying mindful of hair health. I felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend her.

I had an incredible experience at Kimi K Salon & Spa and can’t recommend it enough! I initially reached out because they were one of the few salons open after 5 p.m. near Rochester, and I was relieved to be able to speak with someone on the phone. The team was friendly, helpful and made scheduling easy. After a recent hair disaster at another salon that shall remain nameless, I came to Kimi K Salon & Spa hoping they’d be able to correct it and get me looking like myself again. Christina and Tori were fantastic from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen, carefully assess my hair and explain how they could help me reach my desired result. Christina did a beautiful job with my haircut. She was thoughtful, detail-oriented, communicative and made sure everything styled well. Tori handled my color and did an amazing job adjusting my blonde and shadow root, so they looked natural and healthy. Her commitment and enthusiasm to ensure I loved my hair were nearly tangible.
