First let me start off by saying me just walking in felt very welcoming the energy is so positive and I sat right down. I came in for a fill in (gel) and pedi (gel). I never knew I needed a mother daughter duo until I met Ashley and Sophia. Ashley (daughter) on the hands and Sophia (mother) on the feet and my girls did their thang.. Ashley cleaned my cuticles after she did my nails which I needed badly. Out of all my years goin to my old nail tech she never insisted on cleaning them so I’m happy that I got a nail tech that actually paid attention and cared enough to actually clean them instead of buffering them. Now my girl Sophia also paid attention and took her time to clean my toe nail cuticles she didn’t rush at all. She had my feet feeling like I was walking on clouds once I left. But the funny part is even though the power went out due to a storm everyone who were working pulled out their phones and used their flashlight and the ones who wasn’t working walked around and held their phones for lighting. Now that’s what I call dedicated and determined and my nails and toes still came out perfect. Looked darn good in the dark lol but I’m glad that I took the time to find them on google and read reviews. I am a definite customer for here on out. And let me not forget about Kelly she did my man’s pedicure and my man still can’t stop talking about how good she did his feet and baaaaaabbyyy she did her BIG 1 cause know I’m okay with him rubbing his dogs on me unlike before lol Thank You ladies for making our experience wonderful oh and the prices are very reasonable I spent less than expected I’ll definitely recommend 10/10

I had an incredible experience at Kim’s Nail shop! I called before I went and Mrs. Kim as always said come on in we’ll take care of you she said we not busy at all right now. ❤️From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I love the new renovations and also just to be welcomed by Ms Kim and her husband. They always find you a tech to tailor to your desires. I haven’t been in 5 months due to working out of town but I was assigned to Ashley. She is truly a gem! She well experienced in designing and Gel X. Ashley is patient, detail-oriented, and extremely talented. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. My nails came out flawless— I got the Gel-X she designed the perfect shape, smooth finish, and the design was spot-on. She took her time with my manicure to not miss anything and she made sure that I was comfortable, and treated my nails like true artwork. I’ve been to many nail techs, but Ashley is on a whole different level. If you want quality, professionalism, and someone who genuinely cares about their craft, go see Ashley. I’m officially found my new nail bestie! Highly recommend this shop & especially Ashley! 💅✨

I don't get my nails done regularly, but when I do I always come to Kim's. The salon is always clean. The staff is nice and my nails always look good. I have tried other places in Covington, but always come back to Kim's. They are even great with my daughter who is 6. They made her first mani-pedi a great experience.
