My daughter and I have had regular appointments with Shicasey (sp?) for months now. She is pleasant and conversational, seems to have great rapport with clients, and always does a fantastic job. Shicasey more or less runs the place, though a sea of shorter term employees flows in and out of the place. She's young but the most professional of the employees I've seen. If you go to knockouts, ask for her.

Had an appointment on 11-8-25. I was greeted y Kailey who also cut my hair. She didn't want to cut it at first. Lol I had really long hair. She did exactly as I'd asked. There were a couple of times that I told her "it's in your hands". Definitely plan on going back in a week or two.

Pam did an outstanding job on my haircut and beard! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and delivered a clean, sharp look that exceeded my expectations. The fade is blended perfectly, and my beard has never looked this well-shaped and professional. On top of that, she was friendly, detail-oriented, and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who knows how to get both your hair and beard just right, I highly recommend seeing Pam at the Memorial Knockouts in Tulsa!
